Rama Navami. When is Rama Navami celebrated in 2020? Rama Navami is celebrated on 2nd April, i.e. on Thursday. Rama Navami states the birthday of God Rama.   Life of God Rama? • God Rama is the seventh avatar of god vishnu. •God Rama was born in Ayodhya in India  to Dasharatha (father) kaishalay (mother). God Rama siblings are lakshmana, Bharata, shatrughna (brothers) and sumitra (sister). •Rama marries to Sita and has two son’s named lava and kusha. How is Rama Navami celebrated? • Devotees celebrates the day by taking the statue of God Rama washing it and wearing it new clothes  and placing it in a cradle. Holi 2020 Holi Known as the “festival of colours”. It is one of the major festival in India. It is observed after the end of the winter season and beginning of the spring season i.e. in the month of March of every year. Holi celebration is of two days: Holika Dahan:  The day before holi people starts collecting wood material for the bonfire. The bonfire will be conducted at the temples or near the open spaces.
